    Abstract

Breast cancer is the most common cancer occurring in France and worldwide. In 2017 it has been estimated that 59.000 women in France have been diagnosed with breast cancer. Breast cancer prognosis depends on multiple factors: tumor stage (TNM), histology, molecular sub-type and grade. The treatment of early breast cancer usually involves different strategies, such as surgery, chemotherapy, endocrine therapy, targeted therapies and radiotherapy, on the basis of the different sub-types.
