Abstract
How does genetics initiated, modified or revolutionised medical daily practice? Based on three concrete oncological testimonies, the problems asked by this evolution of modern medicine are developed. They highlight the importance of thoughtful course, multidisciplinary and shared information, to patient and his relatives. The practitioner can no longer act alone, facing an amount of data that is difficult to master without a team reflection. Practices evolve, patients and practitioners too.
