Abstract

The article presents the results of a study of protein-vitamin-mineral concentrates made using high-protein food processing products and their effect on live weight, blood counts, as well as on the composition of the microflora of the gastrointestinal tract of broiler chickens of the ROSS 308 cross. It was found that by the end experimental studies, the use of protein-vitamin-mineral concentrates contributed to the increase in live weight in the experimental groups by 5.4-2.5%, the average daily by 1.51-3.25 g. Hematological parameters remained within the physiological norm characteristic of an adult bird. The studied composition of the microflora of the gastrointestinal tract by NGS-sequencing showed that the introduction of protein-vitamin-mineral concentrates contributed to an increase in the total number of bacteria. Moreover, the number of representatives of normoflora (lactobacilli, bifidobacteria) increased, and undesirable enterobacteria decreased. Thus, the data obtained in the experiment prove the positive effect of the impact of protein-vitamin-mineral concentrates made using high-protein food processing products on live weight, blood parameters, as well as on the composition of the microflora of the gastrointestinal tract of broiler chickens of the ROSS 308 cross.
