Résumé
Integrating robotic technologies in hospital pharmacies, particularly for sterile compounding of injectable anticancer drugs, is a complex endeavour that requires a close human-robot collaboration, or cobotics. The objective of this project was to develop and validate an evaluation tool for assessing human-robot collaboration within a hospital pharmacy team. Prior to the implementation of the robot in our center, focus groups were coordinated to collect hospital pharmacy staff feedback, concerns, and expectations. Subsequently, a technology acceptance model was employed to evaluate this transition, which included a validated French survey tool. Our results demonstrated a statistically robust correlation between the behavioral intention to use the robot and its perceived usefulness and ease of use. This project highlights the importance of planning novel technologies implementation, such as robotization, by leveraging a validated evaluation tool to assess human-robot collaboration.
