Résumé
The early and functional evaluation of new treatments in oncology is a main goal. At present, technical advantages in Doppler-ultrasonography allow the detection of neovascularization of superficial And deep malignant tumors in order to evaluate the efficiency of new treatments as: 1) antiangiogenic molecules (Néovastat, Sugen, TNFα...); 2) physical destruction of vascularization in hepatic lesions by radio-frequency. Slow flows in tumoral microvesels can be detected. Treatment response can be early predicted according to modifications of this vascularization before volume modification. Contrast agents injection improves the efficiency of this technique and developments in perfusion software optimize this detection.
