    Résumé

Anaesthesia for ENT oncologic surgery presents a range of challenges. These challenges include pre-operative factors such as comorbidities, advanced age, addiction and malnutrition, as well as intra-operative issues like controlling the upper airway, and post-operative complications. Additionally, the intricate nature of the surgical procedures and the specialized equipment used can create further confusion for non-experts. This article aims to share the insights and experiences of anaesthetists and surgeons from expert centres, supported by recent literature, in order to provide all anaesthetists and intensive care physicians keys to optimize patient management.
