Résumé

Knowledge on biomarkers driving or promoting cancers and especially lung cancers represents major scientific, organisational, industrial and medical issues. Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor mutations are in first line at the moment but several biomarkers are now assessed in daily practice in order to individualize the therapeutic strategy for the majority of patients.
