Résumé

Breast tomosynthesis may increase the cancer detection rate; nevertheless, reading time is increased due to the highest number of images. Computer-aided diagnosis (CAD) is a complementary tool accurate to facilitate the detection of microcalcifications clusters. First works on tomosynthesis, CAD highlight the ability of this tool to facilitate image reading, highlighting more easily and faster suspicious images (masses and distorsions) while reducing reading time.
