N2 - The aim of this multicenter retrospective study is to analyze the toxicity profile (mainly osteonecrosis of the jaw) of patients with metastatic renal cell carcinoma treated with denosumab and anti-angiogenic combination. Of 41 patients enrolled in this study, 7 patients developed osteonecrosis of the jaw. This toxicity signal should warn physicians about this combination in the population with metastatic renal cell carcinoma.
