N2 - We have all had experienced during our career, histological diagnosis "surprising" while, clinically diagnosis was not mentioned and not suspected. Clinical diagnosis of melanoma is also sometimes very difficult. Achromic and acral-lentiginous melanoma are well known, frequent "traps". We report further examples of lesions not clinically suspicious, but removed, because they were evolving, atypical or chronic. This confirmed the role of patient questioning.
