    Résumé

Reducing the share and carbon footprint from infectious risk care activities (Dasri) in the hospital is an urgent matter, given the randomness of sorting and the high environmental cost. In the operating room of a cancer center in the Paris region a project has been carried out to to rationalize Dasri by eliminating the systematic use of yellow flexible bags. These were replaced by a cardboard box in intersalls. One year after the implementation of these measures, the quantity of Dasri has decreased by 87%, allowing reduction in the carbon impact linked to waste incineration and savings. Since, 99% of waste disposed of in the Dasri stream can now be considered as such.
