N2 - The aim of so-called conservative strategies to promote subsequent fertility (or to protect the fœtus in case of cancer diagnosed during pregnancy) is the fertility preservation without increase in the risk of cancer recurrence. Wathever the initial site of the tumor, the oncological validation of such management, requires several criteria: a careful clinical, radiological and surgical staging (to ensure the stage I disease), a careful histologic analysis (to validate histopathological prognostic factors). A clear explanation should be delivered to the patient (or the couple) exposing the treatment plan and goals, and the potential uncertaincies of such conservative treatments.
