Résumé
We report a case of unicornuate uterus for which the patient benefited from laparoscopic resection of the rudimentary horn. The presence of a rudimentary horn increases the risk of pelvic endometriosis and cornual pregnancy, especially when a cavity is present. The resection of the rudimentary horn is recommended in these cases. This procedure was classically performed by laparotomy. Laparoscopy is not only useful for the diagnosis of a doubtful uterine malformation, but also for the treatment required for this type of malformation.
