N2 - Ovarian pregnancy is rare. The diagnosis is often discovered unexpectedly during surgery. The treatment accepted as standard is surgery, often carried out via laparotomy. This treatment must be as conservative as possible. We report a series of four cases of ovarian pregnancy treated using laparoscopy. Our observations show that, as in the case of tubal pregnancies, laparoscopic surgery has become a first-class alternative to laparotomy for treatment of ovarian pregnancy.
