Résumé
We observed a case of primary malignant lymphoma located in the uterine body which was discovered fortuitously after hysterectomy in a 75-year-old patient who suffered from post-menopausal bleeding. Search for extention did not reveal extra-genital involvement. This localization is exceptional and only 7 cases have been reported in the literature. The most frequent histological type is diffuse large-cell lymphoma. Surgical treatment is indicated with possible secondary radiotherapy and/or chemotherapy depending on the clinical presentation.
