Résumé

During the last 10 years a lot of work has been done to evaluate the results of conservative treatments in ovarian cancers. Conservative treatment is the gold standard in patients with borderline ovarian tumor (limited and/or with noninvasive peritoneal implant[s]). In patients with a malignant ovarian epithelial tumor, preservation of uterus and one ovary can only be considered in patients with good prognosis tumors (stage IA grade 1 to grade 2, stage IC grade 1), adequate surgical staging and appropriate follow-up.
