Résumé
A 25-year-old woman with chronic myelogenous leukaemia was treated for 27 months with α-interferon, leading to complete haematological and cytogenetic remission. One year after interruption of treatment, she became pregnant and delivered a healthy full term infant. This case provides further evidence in support of the safety of α-interferon with respect to the fertility of women of childbearing age.
