Résumé
Supportive care in cancer requires the pooling of different skills. Through his knowledge of drugs, the pharmacist is the "natural partner" for physicians prescribing and caregivers who administer drugs to patients. Similarly, through interventions with patients in his area of expertise, the pharmacist is involved in drugs' good use and in quality of care improvement in cancer (in the hospital setting or at the interface with the community pharmacists).
