Résumé

Systemic infections with Trichosporon are scarce mycosis usually observed in immunocompromised patients. Antifungal treatment is most often in failure and their prognosis is very poor, especially in granulopenic patients. Chemoprophylaxy has not been really studied in such infections. We report a case of systemic Trichosporon belgelii (cutaneum) infection despite a ketoconazole prophylaxis in a patient with aplastic anemia. Antifungal chemotherapy was administrated but the patient died, probably because of neutropenia persistance.
