Résumé

Surgery play a major role in the diagnosis and treatment of ovarian tumor. The surgical treatment of early stage ovarian carcinoma combine usually an hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy, omentectomy, pelvic and para-aortic lymphadenectomy and peritonal biopsies. Indications of conservative surgical treatment are exceptional. The surgical management of low malignant ovarian tumor depend on the age of the patient and their possible desire of future pregnancy.
