Résumé

Follow-up of patients treated for stage I and II cervical carcinoma using surgery of radiosurgical combination is based on clinical examination. Systematic pap smears should be performed in patients treated conservatively (radical trachelectomy). The interest of systematic exams (routine pap smears or radiography) is questioned in asymptomatic patients treated radically.
