Résumé
Progress in understanding oncogenesis and tumoral environment allowed the development of new treatments. In recent years, targeted therapies against molecular anomalies are developed and are now standard treatment for some adult cancers. These specific anomalies can be studied in “precision medicine” program. In pediatric oncology, access to innovating therapy is more complex due to the rarity of the diseases, but this area is in expansion partly helped by European regulation since 2007. Thus there is an increase in early clinical trials every year.
