Résumé
Only symptomatic myomas refractory to medical treatment or complicated, should be treated surgically. Three types of endoscopic's operations can be proposed. The hysteroscopic myomectomy is the reference technique for the treatment of submucous myomas. Two other operations can be performed by laparoscopy: myomectomy and hysterectomy. We focus, in this review about these three operations.
