Résumé
The lack of beds in palliative care unit binds caretakers in oncology to develop the concept of Calman Hine, from 1995, integrating palliative care qualified in cancerology care units. In this way, an oncology and a palliative care unit created regular sessions to discuss patients records after check on curative care. These expertise meetings provide practical education and exchange of news. This knowledge of patients records avoids their breaking feeling after transfer and make progress in following care way. A supportive and palliative care advice has been created to prepare patients and family in transfer, with delay in the hospitalisation managing home situation. This five month meetings assessment gives a view in lack and hope of this approach.
